By accessing or using Drawings Alive ("the Service"), whether through our mobile application, web application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
These Terms are between you and Optimistic Invent LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the owner and operator of Drawings Alive.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you download the app from the Apple App Store, the license granted to you for the app is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
This license is subject to your compliance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We acknowledge that we have had the opportunity to review these terms, and this EULA does not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the effective date.
